Portland limestone cement
Portland Limestone Cement is produced by milling clinker, limestone and a given amount of gypsum.
They are classified into two according to the amount of limestone in them.
Type A includes 6-20% limestone by weight and type B includes 21-35% slug by weight.
Portland Limestone Cement 28 is classified into six types according to their early strength periods within 28 days: PLC 32.5, PLC 32.5R, PLC 42.5, PLC 42.5R, PLC 52.5, PLC 52.5R.
This cement type is newly adopted from European standards.
